John Lathrop is an independent consultant and a decision analyst in the System and Decision Sciences Section at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Glenn Waring is a CEO and organizational counselor with CFO experience.
Between them, they have an MBA (Cornell) and a joint Ph.D. in economics and experimental psychology (University of Michigan), as well as bachelors in physics and economics.
