Organizational Effectiveness Survey Site
Visitors to the Organizational Effectiveness Survey Site are required to login using information that is specific to each user. Once a visitor logs in, we use cookies to hold temporary information about the current session. Once a visitor closes their browser, all such cookies are deleted.
Our site has provisions that make use of some basic personal information, such as a visitor's email address, to provide feedback, referrals, password reminders, and similar functionality.
