#1. What is this Organizational Snapshot Survey? Our Organizational SnapshotTM Survey asks senior management, middle management and employees questions designed to identify organizational effectiveness issues and stimulate dialogue, looking in particular for cases where one level of management or employees recognizes an issue, but another level doesn’t.
We conduct the Survey on-line, then analyze the answers and deliver the results to you.
We employ sophisticated algorithms, benchmarking, weighting and analyses to identify: - The most promising management-change “Opportunities To Improve Performance” (OTIPsTM) -- practical recommendations that have worked for others that directly address your situation.
