#8. What do you mean by constantly growing benchmark databases? We actually mean a lot more than growing databases. We use those growing databases to improve our findings and recommendations three ways:
1. Our benchmark database grows every day we operate, giving us better statistical resolution. As it grows, we can tune those benchmarks more precisely to each Survey.
2. We invite each visitor to suggest his or her own ideas about recommendations. We check out each idea, and whenever one proves out, we will add it to the site (with attribution to the author).
3. We are collecting empirical data on effectiveness, to provide effectiveness scores for each OTIP Recommendation.
