#9. What are the steps to conduct this Survey?

Step 1: You contact us to request an Organizational Effectiveness Survey.

Step 2: We set up a set of passwords for your company or your client company, one for each group you want to survey.
It is up to you how to define those groups.
One example:
- One password for senior executives,
- another one for middle management,
- another for employees.

Step 3: Respondents from each of those groups take the Survey on-line. As each respondent answers questions, at regular intervals he or she sees an instant analysis of his or her responses based on comparisons to our baselines.

Step 4: EffectiveOrganization.com analyzes the responses aggregated across all respondents, analytically compares the different groups and delivers the results and recommendations.
