#4. I’m an employee or executive that doesn’t fit any of the categories of the above three FAQs. How can I use this survey? If your company has an executive other than yourself with responsibility for HR/OD/organizational effectiveness, refer him or her to this site. That can be an HR/OD/organizational effectiveness Director/VP, or an executive with another title but that responsibility, including the CEO, COO, CFO, XVP or SVP. If you click on Request A Survey on this site, you’ll be given the opportunity to refer us to another person you designate, and you can instruct us to conceal your identity, if you choose.
If you are interested in improving the effectiveness of your organization, and have the authority to commission the Survey (price less than $2,200), the answers to the immediately previous FAQ apply to you.
